If you have AI tokens in your plan you can use them to chat with Phelina. Phelina allows you to query your connected data in natural language, kind of like a data analyst who is always available and knows all your data.

In general Qmantic allows customers to downgrade/upgrade to another contract whether custom or standard. We will then provide the pro-rated remaining value of the existing contract as a credit or discount towards the new contract. In case of credits, the credit is offset before the customer is billed again.

This ensures that you will never pay double or have to wait to change plan if your needs change.
